Fibrin glue applied to the patient for the bleb leakage. Fifty-six year-old female with filtrating surgery in both eyes one year ago was presented optic disk edema and choroidal folds in right eye due to the hypotony because of bleb leakage. A stable intraocular pressure was detected in the patient who had the autologous blood injected into the bleb and then applied the pericardial patching and amniotic membrane during the follow-up. Treatment strategies were discussed for chronic hypotony in two cases who had improved of maculopathy and stabilized intraocular pressure during the follow-up. Keywords : Trabeculectomy, bleb leakage, hypotonic maculopathy, fibrin glue, autologous blood injection
