Postoperative Hypotony

The treatment almost always aims to correct pathology underlying ocular hypotony. Visual function can usually be restored after restoration of anatomic integrity. Here, we review the pathophysiology and treatment options in ocular hypotony caused by different types of glaucoma surgeries and procedures.
